Australia Wins 1st T20I Against Pakistan by 29 Runs, Leads Series 1-0 in Brisbane

 Nathan Ellis took three important wickets for Australia, helping them win by 29 runs against Pakistan in a short T20I match. This was the first game in a three-match series, played in Brisbane at the Gabba on Thursday. The game was reduced to seven overs due to weather.

Before Ellis’s bowling, Glenn Maxwell gave Australia a strong start with a quick and powerful innings, which helped them score 93/4. Pakistan’s captain, Mohammad Rizwan, had won the toss and chose to bowl first, hoping to chase down the score.

With this win, Australia now leads the three-match T20I series 1-0. The second match will take place on Saturday in Sydney.
